Think Languages Day 2021 at Beech Hill College and Virginia College.

November 22^nd 2021 marked Think Languages Day 2021.

There was lots of activity in Beech Hill College, Monaghan where the College welcomes a very special guest- Lithuanian Ambassador Marijus Gudynas.

Think Languages Day was also celebrated in Virginia College, Cavan.

Students from Largy College, Clones, recently enjoyed a tour of Monaghan Institute and they are looking forward to the taster courses in January 2021.

International Youth Day is celebrated on August 12th each year and focuses on tweens and teens and their place in society.

It is not just about protecting them, but to include them in the development of communities around the world.

During the month of October, Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board Youth Services celebrated the excellent Youth Work that is being delivered through our Youth Projects across Cavan and Monaghan.

Throughout October weekly competitions were held for a €250 voucher for Tanagh Outdoor Education and Training Centre for the public to nominate their favourite Youth Club by telling us you think why they deserve to win the prize.

Winners Included: Mullagh Girl Guides and Virginia Scouts.
