Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board promotes and fosters the arts, culture and recreation in the region through its delivery of key public facing service provisions at The Garage Theatre, Monaghan and Tanagh Outdoor Education and Training Centre in Cootehill.  

Partnership with creative programmes including Music Generation and Local Arts in Education further promote artistic development in the locality.
