Role Purpose Human Resources Administrator – Maternity Cover January 2026 – September 2026 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator for Maternity Cover to support our Irish based employees and wider Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with 1 – 2 years’ experience and who is egar to grow, learn and build a strong foundation within a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment. This role will have a 4-day working week (24 hours per week). Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding processes. • Act as a trusted point of contact for both employees and managers. • Assist with payroll and benefits administration. • Prepare HR reports. • Help run HR projects and initiatives with the HR Team.
