Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor Manage fit-out projects involving bespoke joinery and interior fit-out products from pre-manufacturing through to completion and handover. Coordinate with clients, designers, production team and fitters to ensure design intent and project requirements are achieved. Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure manufacturability and installation feasibility Develop and maintain the project programme and key milestone schedule, ensuring alignment between manufacturing schedules and site installation timelines. Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for commercial and residential fit-out projects. Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts to maintain financial control in line with agreed budet. Support the procurement and manage suppliers, and materials required for the project. Liaise with the factory/production team to coordinate fabrication, materials, and delivery schedules. Oversee site installation activities, ensuring quality standards and workmanship meet company and client expectations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site. Maintain quality control standards and manage inspections, snagging, and defect resolution. Provide regular progress updates, reports, and meetings with Management team, clients and stakeholders. Manage project close-out, including snagging, fitout, documentation sign-off, and final client handover.

CNC Machinist Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality joinery and fit-out components. Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications to ensure accurate machining. Programme or adjust CNC machine settings to achieve precise dimensions and finishes. Carry out routine quality inspections using measuring tools to verify components meet required tolerances. Select and prepare appropriate materials, tooling, and machine fixtures for each production run. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimise downtime. Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment, following all health and safety procedures. Record production data, material usage, and any machine or quality issues accurately. Continuously seek opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce waste, and increase production efficiency.
