Tertiary Degrees with CMETB

Tertiary Degrees with CMETB

New pathways through further education to higher education

With CMETB, you can start your higher education journey locally, gain practical skills and experience, and then progress to a higher education college.

  • ATU Pathway: Complete Year 1 with CMETB, then transfer to an Atlantic Technological University (ATU) campus to finish your degree.
  • DKIT Pathway: Complete Year 1 with CMETB, then progress to the next course at Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) to continue your studies.

Classes will be delivered in person at CMETB Further Education and Training Centres.

You’ll also get the chance to attend some practical lectures on campus at ATU or DKIT.

These degree programmes were developed with Further Education and Training and Higher Education colleges. The Tertiary programmes are a transitional pathway from Further Education to Higher Education which can be driven by the career you want, not the points you get and look beyond the learner’s educational attainment and grades.
